Your shared hot air balloon adventure awaits you over the beautiful Temecula Valley wine country in Southern California. Experience peace and serenity while you drift above vineyards as the sun rises over the San Jacinto mountains. Take flight with the birds and observe wildlife marveling at the sight of a beautiful hot air balloon floating overhead. Every day's flight is unique, a hot air balloon's path is set by the prevailing wind speed and direction. No two flights are ever the same! Views include local lakes, citrus groves, wineries and estate homes from your unparalleled view in the air. Sunrise hot air balloon rides are offered daily, weather permitting, all year long.
We will meet your party at Bolero Winery conveniently located off Rancho California Road in Temecula, California in the heart of the Southern California wine country. Meeting times vary with the season from 5:30 am in the summer months to 6:30 am during the winter months. Your exact check in time will be given to you when your reservation is confirmed. When you arrive, your balloon pilot will check your group in and collect your payment. You will be introduced to your pilot and will transported to the launch site in one of our chase vehicles. Restrooms and ample parking are available for your convenience.
Your shared hot air balloon adventure begins at sunrise as cold air inflates your majestic seven-story hot air balloon. We invite you to participate or sit back and observe the process. Our certified commercial balloon pilot will navigate the hot air balloon flight with your safety and enjoyment in mind. During your Temecula hot air balloon ride the pilot will also act as your “tour guide” identifying local points of interest such as Pechanga Resort & Casino, Lake Skinner, Old Town Temecula and the numerous Temecula Valley wineries that dot the wine country landscape. The pilot communicates throughout the entire hot air balloon excursion with trained ground personnel. The crew will follow the hot air balloon and will assist with your landing. Once back on the ground, the chase crew will pack up the balloon.
We will transport you back to Bolero Winery in our comfortable PUC certified vehicles. We will then toast your successful hot air balloon flight and new status as “Aeronaut” with our private label “La Scappatella” champagne, orange juice and mimosas in the VIP area of the winery. If you are celebrating a special occasion, be sure to notify us so that we can help you celebrate! We can even add on individually packaged bundtlets from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a small additional fee. Prior to leaving each guest will receive a souvenir certificate of flight and 20% off the purchase of our private label "La Scappatella" champagne.

We offer hot air balloon tours seven days a week, weather permitting at sunrise over the picturesque Temecula Valley wine country in Southern California. Scenic flights are 60–75 minutes long. However, plan to spend up to three hours with us for your entire hot air balloon excursion. Meeting times vary from 5:30 – 6:30 a.m. depending on the season. Due to the early morning hours overnight lodging is recommended.
There are thirteen colorful hot air balloons in our fleet. Our hot air balloons and baskets have the latest innovations in design, comfort and safety and can accommodate two to sixteen passengers each. All our equipment is FAA certified, we are fully insured and licensed by the Public Utilities Commission TCP #11964-C.
We accept reservations for any number of passengers from a single guest to groups of any size. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. A major credit card will reserve a date of your choice.
