We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact your online travel booking company directly for assistance.

Health, Safety & Waivers

For your comfort and safety, we require all passengers be in good health and able to stand for an hour unassisted. If you have any recent surgeries, mobility issues, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before flying. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pregnant passengers or those with casts, oxygen tanks, or certain mobility limitations. If you have any questions about your ability to participate, please call us 951-699-9987 to discuss before your flight. We require all passengers read and sign a Release of Liability Waiver.  Please review the waiver prior to your flight, and be prepared to sign it when you check in. If English is not your first language, please have the waiver translated and make sure that you understand and acknowledge your acceptance.

Weather Conditions

Safety is our top priority! Our pilots monitor the weather closely, and if conditions aren't suitable for a safe flight, we will notify you the day prior or early morning of your adventure. To ensure a smooth communication process, please provide a good phone number for us to reach you at. Occasionally, last-minute cancellations may occur at the launch site. If your flight is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule it for the next available date at no extra charge. Please consider an alternate date that we can note on your reservation. If your plans are not flexible, we will initiate a refund to your online booking company. 

What to Wear & Bring

Ballooning is an outdoor adventure, so we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing. Since we take off and land in open fields, and the basket doesn’t have doors, you’ll need to climb in and out. Please wear athletic shoes and long pants. Be sure to dress for the weather forecast on your flight day, as the temperature in the air is like what you feel on the ground. Wearing layers—like a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket—can help you stay comfortable. A hat is also recommended, especially for taller guests, to protect from the heat of the burners. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. 

Shared Tour Requirements

We require a minimum of four passengers to operate a shared hot air balloon flight. If the minimum number of passengers is not met, we will do our best to combine your reservation with other groups. In the rare event that we cannot reach the required number, we will notify you in advance to reschedule your flight or initiate a refund to your online booking company.

Special Occasions

If you’re celebrating a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, or another milestone during your balloon ride, we’d love to make it extra memorable! At no additional cost, you can add a banner to the basket with a message of “Happy Birthday,” “Congratulations,” or “Happy Anniversary.” For a sweet touch, you can also add an individually packaged bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes for an additional fee, perfect for sharing a special treat after your flight. Payment Information

Your flight has been prepaid through our online travel partner. However, please note that gratuities for your pilot and crew are not included in this payment. If you enjoyed your experience, gratuities are always appreciated and can be given at your discretion.
