From Rancho California Road turn on Via Europa. Follow the driveway to the left, parking is available in front of the main winery entrance. Enter through the large double doors, check in will be in the VIP room on the right.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us 951-699-9987 at least 48 hours prior to your flight date. Cancellations made after this window or failure to show up on time will result in the full fare being charged. We're happy to help you reschedule, but please notify us as soon as possible.
Health, Safety & Waivers
For your comfort and safety, we require all passengers be in good health and able to stand for an hour unassisted. If you have had any recent surgeries, mobility issues, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before flying. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pregnant passengers or those with casts, oxygen tanks, or certain mobility limitations. If you have any questions about your ability to participate, please call us 951-699-9987 to discuss before your flight. We require all passengers read and sign a Release of Liability Waiver. Please review the waiver prior to your flight, and be prepared to sign it when you check in. If English is not your first language, please have the waiver translated and make sure that you understand and acknowledge your acceptance.

Weather Conditions
Safety is our top priority! Our pilots monitor the weather closely, and if conditions aren't suitable for a safe flight, we will notify you the day prior or early morning of your adventure. To ensure a smooth communication process, please provide a good phone number for us to reach you at. Occasionally, weather conditions can change and last-minute cancellations may occur at the launch site. If your flight is canceled due to weather, we'll be happy to work with you to reschedule your flight for a date that fits your schedule - at no extra charge! Your safety is our priority, and there is no charge for weather-related cancellations.
What to Wear & Bring
Ballooning is an outdoor adventure, so we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing. Since we take off and land in open fields, and the basket doesn’t have doors, you’ll need to climb in and out. Please wear athletic shoes and long pants. Be sure to dress for the weather forecast on your flight day, as the temperature in the air is like what you feel on the ground. Wearing layers—like a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket—can help you stay comfortable. A hat is also recommended, especially for taller guests, to protect from the heat of the burners. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Shared Tour Requirements
We require a minimum of four passengers to operate a shared hot air balloon flight. If the minimum number of passengers is not met, we will do our best to combine your reservation with other groups. In the rare event that we cannot reach the required number, we will notify you in advance to reschedule your flight or offer alternative options.
Special Occasions
If you’re celebrating a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, or another milestone during your balloon ride, we’d love to make it extra memorable! At no additional cost, you can add a banner to the basket with a message of “Happy Birthday,” “Congratulations,” or “Happy Anniversary.” For a sweet touch, you can also add an individually packaged bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes for an additional fee, perfect for sharing a special treat after your flight. Payment will be collected upon check-in. We accept Cash, Debit, Discover, MasterCard, VISA or Gift Voucher. If paying by card, please bring the card and a valid ID with you. Gratuities are not included.
