We understand that even though you have planned in advance, things can change, and you may need to cancel your reservation with us. Due to flight planning and balloon scheduling variables, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours prior to the flight date. Therefore, we must be notified if you plan to reschedule, cancel or change the number in your party. We charge FULL FARE or VOID flight vouchers for NO SHOWS and cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight. Make up reservations require an additional fee. Unfortunately, Mother Nature does not always provide safe weather conditions for a hot air balloon flight. Our pilots are trained and qualified to evaluate the weather forecast and current conditions and decide if it is safe to fly the balloon. If the weather will effect the safety of your flight and the pilot opts not to fly on the day of your scheduled ride, we will do our best to advise you the night prior or early morning of your adventure. Please ensure that our office has a contact phone number to reach you. Like the weatherman, the forecast is not always accurate and occasionally the pilot will cancel the flight on the launch field. If your ride is canceled due to inclement weather, we will be happy to reschedule your balloon adventure for the next available date. There is never a charge if we cancel the flight due to unsafe weather conditions.
